Sales Staff

Dana Bergman began work at Cement Lining Specialties in 1975 after graduating from Southern Utah State College. After a couple of years working in the yard with the basics, he moved up to Plant Superintendent and eventually into Purchasing and Sales. In 1978 he and another business associate started West Coast Pipe Linings, Inc. in Fontana Ca. As the company grew, they added personnel and other processing capabilities which forced a move to a larger location in Fontana. In 1996, State Pipe & Supply purchased the company looking to expand into the Waterworks Industry and relocated West Coast Pipe to a new 20 acre facility in Rialto. West Coast Pipe has grown tremendously since the acquisition. Dana is currently Vice President and General Manager.

Lyle McCullough started with West Coast Pipe in 1998 after working several years with various pipe fabricating companies. He majored in Architecture and worked for more than 15 years for architectural and construction firms in Los Angeles and in Orange County. After a layoff in the early 90’s Lyle found opportunity in the pipe industry and decided to give that a try. He enjoyed the business and made an official career change in 1994. He was promoted to Sales Manager in 2000.

Frank Luna started work at Cement Lining Specialties in 1977 as Plant Superintendent after 20 years in management with Chevron Oil of Southern California. Frank continued to move up in the company until 1983 when he was asked if he would join West Coast Pipe where he contributed greatly to much of the early machinery design and production implementation. Frank was promoted to Sales in 1984 where he currently enjoys a vast customer base. His knowledge and friendly demeanor has furthered his commitment to his customers.
